Exchange Policy
You can exchange any product purchased from Dija within 14 days of receipt.
The items must be in their original condition with all tags attached.
Exchanges are subject to stock availability. If the item you desire is not available, you may opt for a refund.
Refund Policy
Items can be returned for a refund within 14 days of receipt.
Products must be returned in their original condition, including packaging.
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days.
Refunds are issued at the original purchase price of the item and will be returned using the original method of payment unless otherwise specified. If the item was purchased on sale, the refund will reflect the sale price.
A handling and shipping fee of 55 LE will be applied to each exchange.
